Reiki Level I Class - On the Reiki Path - Heal Yourself and Others - $150

In this a 10 hour class (carried over 2 days), students will become initiated into the system of Reiki with the level 1 attunements (You will receive 4 treatments during the attunements, to slowly introduce this higher vibration to the body).

There is no pre-requisite; absolute beginners to energetically experienced practitioners are welcomed. By the end of the class, students have a solid foundation to practice Reiki for life.

During the Reiki level I class:
The history of Usui Mikao's teachings is reviewed.
We explore the five Reiki principles or precepts.
Students will practice a full self-treatment and learn the hand positions to give a complete Reiki treatment.
You are introduced to the Byosen scanning technique (to scan a person for imbalances prior to doing a session) and will practice Hatsu Rei Ho (a Tibetan Buddhist purification ritual).
Over the course of two days you will be given plenty of time to work on each other and you will practice the self-treatment.
Energy healing practices, concepts of illness, self awareness and tools for self treatment are emphasized (Energy Medicine, Chakras, Auras, Meditation). Further instruction will activate deeper, mental and emotional healing that can bring about spiritual change in one self.

At the end of the class, each student receives a complete Reiki manual that includes all of Reiki Level I information and a Usui Reiki Level I Certificate.

The Reiki level I attunement gives you a powerful tool to help yourself and others. 
It provides you with the necessary energy and strength to face your own imbalances, to remove resistances stopping you from becoming the beautiful being you already are. The focus is on your healing journey with a very strong emphasis on self Reiki treatment.
